How this works

This tool uses the Squarespace Commerce Inventory API (v1.0) to read and adjust stock levels for your BOTA products. Your GS1 SKUs from the export are pre-loaded and matched to Squarespace variant IDs after connecting.

Step 1

Log in with your password. The tool auto-connects to Squarespace immediately — no manual setup needed.

Step 2

Go to Orders to see live orders from Squarespace. Select an order to load it into the packing station.

Step 3

Go to Order Scan Verify — scan each shipping label then each product. Receipts generate automatically per box.

Squarespace API Key

Generate a key at: Squarespace → Settings → Developer Tools → API Keys
Required permissions: Inventory (read + write) and Products (read).

All requests use HTTPS. Your API key is stored only in this browser session — it is never sent anywhere except directly to Squarespace.
